Welcome to a big steaming pile

This is bullsh!t, the working name for a new collective effort blog. It's for the rants we all have dealing with people being misinformed. Inspired by the Penn & Teller show "Bullshit!" and repeated political rantings at coffee shops, we decided it was time to stop saying things that we all thought were true and start spreading it to whatever masses find themselves on this page.

I'm blake, one of three introductory writers, and it's my job to defuse the mass confusion created by Republicans. Whether Fox News, the administration in office as of this writing, or simply a hostile opposition in Congress, I'm compelled to un-distort what Americans are told on a daily basis and repeat to others without thinking.

I'm a conspiracy theorist and in my eyes, it's very easy to see the connections at the top of the American ladder - whether it's in corporate or public life - and how it becomes very easy to let Americans deceive each other by accepting too many things as truth.

This site is not created to be fair, or balanced. Life is unfair and the media is unbalanced. While lots of times we may try to show you what you're not being told on the nightly news, we're not trying to win any awards for unbiased reporting. To hell with people who can't stop sitting on the fence, because they're part of the problem and not with the solution.

In the meantime, just sit tight and let the rants start trickling in. Before anyone asks: no, you can't join. Just sit and listen.
